I heard Chinese and Koreans get a little less than what they expect when it comes to work [I read it in a book about Japan] so I was wondering if it was the same since I'm Mongolian.

thanks-

  1. Chinese and Koreans are paid less because they are doing back breaking factory jobs that few Japanese will do. Unless you are highly skilled, chances of working are slim to done.

Japans labor laws aren't exactly the best in the world.

  2. If you get a good position, you will earn as much as Japanese.

But it's difficult for foreigners to get a good position in Japan.
