If I workout for a year will I be fit?

And eat right and run everyday and things, will I have muscles? Will I be fitter?

  1. You will be fitter but it will not last if you do not continue doing something. You could always start with a month or so of intensive training and follow up with some simple exercise for the rest of your life.


  2. Yup, I'd say so. If you want to have particular muscles or tone certain areas, though, you'll have to do exercises that target those areas. Running will help tone most muscles and lose weight overall.  

  3. just workout 5 days a week

  4. It depends on your excersice time limits. If you exercise to hours a day 4 days a week you'll be in a fit shape. I recommend running.
