  1. never

  2. in a heartbeat. (Prison)

  3. Write to:

    President George W. Bush

    The White House

    1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW

    Washington, DC 20500

or you can e-mail him at  president@whitehouse.gov

    or Phone:  (202) 456-1414

         Fax: (202) 456-2461

Someone on his staff will, no doubt, forward your correspondence to the president, or contact you on his behalf.  Good luck.

  4. I have emailed the President a few times. I have never gotten so much as an automated response.

If you were to actually get a response, I would guess less than two weeks.

  5. You will never get a real reply. At most, they will send you some pre-made card or letter thanking you for your valued opinion.

  6. A few weeks. But if it involves money... perhaps sooner.
