After getting my credit report, I noticed that I have a few neg. items that are just sitting here. I'd like to get them off. I also have 2 From RJM ACQ. That do not belong to me. I called and they said they would remove the one. (I didn't know about the other until I looked at another report) how do I make sure they do. How does a JUDGMENT work??? How long does that stay there. Should I just hire someone to get all this taken care of?

  1. You do not need to hire anyone.  The procedure is fairly simple.  You just need to do your homework to make sure you are following the correct procedure.

    Go to http://www.creditinfocenter.com

This site has a lot of free information.  Look at the credit repair area and STUDY IT.

  2. You can use credit repair agency to fix your credit - for example this one - http://freecreditreport.hotusa.org - They can clean lots of such bad stuff from your credit report - and do it much faster than yourself, so your credit will go up fast.
