If I write to a friend in Cuba, how long does it take to get there? Will my friend even recieve the letter?

It depends on the mailing system. There is a possibility that it could take up to 3 months, as my Cuban friends have told me.  But they do receive mail, of course!

If you want to be sure that they'll receive their letter, send it via DHL courier. They'll be sure to receive it and in good time.

I sent a letter from Canada to a  Cuban  friend I had met at Blau Colonial Cayo Coco.  He received it  in less than a month.
