I wasn't going to answer this until I saw all the ignorant answers about the Crusades.  For God's sake that was done thousands of years ago.  It doesn't still happen today like it does in Islam.  That's what this person is asking about people:  TODAY! not in the far past.  Christians and Jews are not going on any crusades today, but Muslims are still killing apostates.  Ignore it if you want, but it's true.  Bury your heads in the sand like you always do when someone asks a question about inappropriate things allowed in Islam.  For just once I would like to find an intelligent Muslim who can open their mind and think for themselves instead of quoting nonsense or insulting another religion to get their point across.  Why do you deny that many apostates are killed?  Why do you deny that the quran tells Muslims to kill apostates?  Sorry for the rant, but I try my best to be peaceful and respectful, but it gets quite annoying to keep seeing the same useless c**p spouted instead of being honest.
