  1. As much as I wish it would, it won't.

He'll keep quiet the rest of the season.

  2. I don't think  Manny will be quiet the rest of the season as some may think.  He will still help the Red Sox in the long run for the pennant but we will have to wait & see what Manny may or may not do on the field.  Should be interesting to say the least

  3. no manny doesnt take after a rod and is just an a*****e because he's mad, manny will work hard for the rest of the season no matter who he is with.

  4. I don't think so. I never understood really how that works. They are professional baseball players. Its not like Mike Lowell is batting and is thinking about Manny so he doesn't swing or whatever. I heard a team meeting was called for today by Franconia and I wouldn't be surprised if they finally get over this little slump they are in and go on a big tear starting tomorrow (off-day toady).

But only time will tell I guess.

  5. Attitude, Schmatitude!

Base hits are what win games.

Manny hits, and with power. Manny and big Papi are the premier sluggers on this Boston team.

Where were the other hitters on the team?

If the bases are empty, a slugger can't drive any one in.

Against excellent Angel pitching, the other hitters disappeared.

The Red Sox pitchers didn't look very good either.

Oh well, we can blame it all on Manny
