Antonio Margarito's impressive win over Kermit Cintron elevated him close to the top ten. So a win over Miguel Cotto would defintely put him into the top ten, especially if he knocks out Cotto or beats him lopsidedly.

If Cotto lose, it realy want hurt him much. It would make Cotto better I think. Margo cant afford to lose because his career is on life support. If Margo win, it will help this career. Margo has spent the last 2 years, trying to get back on top. Every time he makes a run, he gets beat and has to start over again. Lets say it like this. He has to win.

Margarito is pretty close to a top ten fighter right now, a win over Cotto would definitely elevate his status.  easily around 9 or 10 in the world if he could pull off the upset.
