If McCain wins, will all Americans have affordable health insurance?

Man, I have affordable health insurance... what does that make me? Rich, ignorant, or just have the right one after shopping around? Oh and insurance companies LOVE me... why you ask... because I go get my check ups every year for preventative measures, thus saving the insurance companies millions over the course of my lifetime... :/

Republicans don't care about the working class folks who can't afford health care...if you ain't rakin' in six figures...you don't count.
