Good question, in Boston, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting some kind of Martial Arts school.  We have the oldest TKD school in the country, that is kind of like karate.  Tons of Shaolin Kempo, very little Krav Maga, so I teach classes at local gyms and other places, but Karate is big.

We have a JKA office here.  Good darn question.  We do have the best Muay Thai in the country, GSP, Partick Cote and Kenny Florian train at Sityodtong in Sommerville, MA.  For wrestling we have Konstantine Kisselev, a World Class Greco Roman wrestler.  We also have a Micheal Galperin, a SAMBO grandmaster, appointed in the former Soviet Union, not bought here.

I don;t know if we are the Karate capital, but we also have Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming, the most published of all Sifu's and a few years ago, White Crane artist of the year for two different years. There is also Calvin Chin's Martial Arts Academy, which has won the Wong Fei Hung national Chinese martial arts championship for years.

We also have Boston Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which is home to Kenny Florian.  We also have the oldest standing Judo club in the US, but hey, who knows.
