If Novak wins tonights match, does he become the world #2 and Roger would then be #3?

Novak will be number 2 in the ATP Race. Not the Rankings.

noooooooo!! djokovic is like a thousand points away from rafa and roger, he would not be number 2 even if he wins the tournament

no way, i dont think the number 2 is in much danger until after the US open because novak still has to defend his points from making the finals last year and basically has no points to gain

I think they were thinking the atp race because he has some points to go before becoming number 2 in the rankings.

Novak whether win orlose in the final will remain at number 3. he is a bit behind Fed and Nadal. However in the Masters series points Race he is second to Nadal.  I am hoping he beats Murray, and I feel he will win The Open and gain even more ground and make the season ending championships even more interesting.

No way! Rafa and Roger are still in a world of their own. Check out the ATP rankings Rogers got 6605 and Rafa is almost there with 6305. Novak has 5055. Winning this tournament would still leave Novak far behind. If Rafa wins he will be number 1 and Roger would be number 2. Novak has still got a lot of catching up to do and he stays at 3.

Haha well I wonder who told you that..............Anyway yeah if he wins the Tournament he is no.2. But not untill August 18th. But Federer could still be no.2 then if he does something or something blah blah blah Whereas Nadal is already number 1 but will be next monday if he wins. It is all getting complicated because of the bloody Olympics!

Sorry I suggest just go along with it lol I haven't a clue!!!
