If Nu Labour keep letting immigrants in and keep giving them benefits and free housing etc - how long until?

there is no money left? Seriously, with the amount they are spending on wars and people who have no intention of contributing to society it worries me.

Well the moneys gonna have to run out soon, NHS is on it's knee's and if you'r not an immigrant, dont even bother putting your name on the council waiting list, ive been on it 6yrs and not offered a thing yet some one who come's in the country with no intension of intergrating or working get's a lovely council house for free and has more kid's for extra meal tickets !

Well My family and myself escaped from the UK to move to Canada. We were so sick of the system years ago that had to leave. As Enoch Powell said we could see the writing on the wall.

We came to Canada scouting a location to live. That was on Oct 06. That week an Illegal assylum seeker arrived from Somalia. All he had was th clothes on his back and a pair of shoes that toes were flapping on. My mother gave him a pair of my old shoes as she felt sorry for him.

We left Scotland to Canada in April 07. The week before we left he took delivery of an brand new 07 Mercedes E Class. This is whilst he has never work a day since he arrived. This shows that something is wrong with the system.

Meanwhile my mothor who is a pensioner and has worked hard her whole life.

Is refused a raise in her pension because my father who also worked hard before dying and saved his whole life had a private pension which put my mother 32pence over the threshold. This also ment that she had to pay full council tax and full rent.

Whilst Mister Johnny foreinger is getting a new Merc at our expense. Now wonder we are the laughing stock of the World and are seen as the softest nation on earth. This has to end soon or there will be a revolution. The British people in the past have showed that they can only take so much. And they are now getting close to the limit. So all you politicians sit up and pay attension before it to late

I would be more worried about there nu labour expenses......

Alot of immigrant do the job us brits wont eg care home, cleaner etc etc Im proud to live in a mixed society as long as there contribute i have no prob, Beside most people come for a better life because there own country is mis mangaged

It worries me too!!!  The coffers will soon be empty at this rate.  Remember Gordon Brown and his prudence speeches?

Just think if  instead, all that cash was used to improve the NHS it would be so wonderful.

P. S. Add to your list all the money filtered off from the taxpayer and diverted to MPs expenses.  Now that would pay for many, many pensioners fuel bills this winter.

Add to that all the money 'lost' as in Exmayor Ken's accounting, that would pay for security in our most violent schools.

The list is endless and it will keep getting longer!!!

A rather jaundiced view of modern Britain? Most immigrants contribute in taxes etc and HELP the economy.

There are a lot of immigrants that contribute to our society, working hard individuals that have every right to come to this country to make a better life for themselves and their family.  Remember,  member EU states have rights of passage to this country just like hundreds of thousands of Brits to and live in Spain etc each year.  My beef is with the Brits who claim all sorts of benefits because they are too lazy to get off their behinds and work - they are the real drain on our society and resources.  Illegal immigrants are a different matter - they should be returned immediately to the country of origin but legal immigrants aren't doing anything wrong.

when you have been denied a house because your not a immigrant or your not up the duff its pathetic annoying and dam right racking me off, we pay tax for them to drive around in a lexus or a bmw its going to stop because someone will put their foot down about it, shall i go to spain and live their they hate having imigrants but love to come here and take our money back to poor bloody mother who should get a bloody job lol

Most immigrants do not get or want any benefits. They come here to work and live like any other good citizen. If you got out a bit and actually met some you would see that they are just ordinary people! And the great thing about most immigrants is that they are not RACIST and do not assume they are superior to everybody else!
