I read O'Driscoll got a tap on the face and may have a broken jaw, could losing just one man bring Ireland's quest for the world cup to a shuddering halt - or will they bound on to glory ?

  1. BOD is a big loss to ireland but it could be much worse

for example john hayes or POC as there is no serious replacement for them

even with BOD ireland will still struggle to win

still 5th fav to win after NZ SA FR and AUS

  2. O'Driscoll is one of the world's best back line players, but even with three O'Driscolls in the team, Ireland won't stand a chance.

  3. My nic says it all

  4. Glory as in winning the final? In Fantasy World but not in France. With O'Driscoll that would have been a long shot. Without him, even the pool stage is going to be a nightmare. They are in the only pool were 3 teams can go through - Ireland, France and Argentina.
