how did they pay for the air ticket to indonesia, the private schools in indonesia, the air ticket to hawaii, and the private schools in hawaii. I wasn't aware airlines or private schools accepted foodstamps....hmm?

Obama's Kenya relitives claim that he was born in Kenya

There is a Hospital in Kevya that has a record of his birth

Obama claims that he was born in Hawaii, but no hospital in Hawaii has a record of his birth

Perhaps his Mother thought the family should take care of themselves as best they can. The grandparents were already paying the things you talk about. Maybe she didnt want to ask for more from them. Allow people some dignity. If you did not walk in her shoes then be thankful.

Even people who can afford air travel and private schools may suddenly find that things are not so good and they need food stamps.  I have seen it happen.
