However, if Obama is elected, you can bet that we'll be paying higher taxes so that we can give all the illegals free health care and welfare.

Not much at all but he is more likely to go after the illegal employers who give the illegals the motivation to come here in the first place.

Obama and McCain have both stated they will tackle the illegal situation in basically the same way. Which includes more border security and consideration of reforming some policies.

If the border issue is in fact addressed I'm quite sure the legalizing of certain illegals presently here will take place. Hopefully with much care as to their background etc.

Once this process has taken place the tax relief to citizens will be enormous since we'll now have these individuals paying into the system.
