If Obama was to get elected, who would be the real president here, him or his WIFE?

As noted on the sweet cover picture of Ladies Home Journal magazine, Obama considers his wife to be his chief advisor. Remember! she said no to Hillary and that's how things went. She wakes him up at 3:00 am, I guess she must have experience as an army general, she must run a tight shift. So! the question here is If Obama becomes president who do you think would be really seating in the white house making decisions, who would be the real president here; Barack Obama or should we say president Michelle Obama. Who would be really running and RULING the country? Why would the American president have to get his wifes permission to make decisions for the country?
