If Obama won't help his brother, what makes you think he'll help you?

I don't see anywhere in your articles that Obama has refused to help his brother.

And yet you probably complain that Obama wants to provide more aid to African countries. And if Obama brough all his family to the USA you'd complain that he wanted Africa to take over America.

Obama's brother doesn't want the help:

How is he going to help his half brother whom he only meet twice, briefly years ago?

When he has six other half siblings?  Bring them all over?  Take responsibility for children of the man who did not take responsibility for him and his mother?  I don't see that happening.

I can understand that, I have a sister who was lost in a maze of drugs for years, shes clean now, but the damage she caused left a lot of ill feelings.  Family ties can be strained and broken, in intense and personal ways.  I don't need Obama to help me, I just need a president who won't mess up the country more than it is, someone who won't subvert the Constitution to cover up his own mistakes.

I may not be crazy about Obama, but hes closer to that than McCain is, brother or no brother.

False...CNN spoke with the brother...he is not destitute and doesn't live on 1 dollar per day. CNN: Reports surfaced in the past few days, springing from an Italian Vanity Fair article saying George Obama is living in a shack and "earning less than a dollar a day."

The reports left him angry.

"I was brought up well. I live well even now," he said. "The magazines, they have exaggerated everything. "I think I kind of like it here. There are some challenges, but maybe it is just like where you come from, there are the same challenges," Obama said.

Obama, who is in his mid-20s, is learning to become a mechanic and is active in youth groups in Huruma. He said he tries to help the community as much as he can.

if you read Dreams of My Father by Obama you will learn that Obama has many many half brothers and sisters in Kenya that he has never met before

As sad as it is he cannot afford to take the time and money to help all of those people... his father had several wives before and after Obama's mother and Obama does not even know many of his siblings
