According to information we are getting .... since Charles would have never taken the crown, then it would be HRM next eldest son, Andrew would become King when she passes on. Does anyone have information to the contrary?

  10. Shugga,

You are getting wrong information. William is next in line behind Charles regardless of what happens to his father. In fact, this did happen in the eighteenth century. The Prince of Wales (Frederick) died in 1751 while his father (George II) was still alive. When the King died, Frederick's son became king (and lost the colonies).
