Your question is 'if' ...means nothing. But i wish she was alive, coz someone has to unfold the truth behind her death..still unsolved mystery. I wish she rest in peace. And i dedicated the song Goodbye England Rose.

I liked the dancing bunnies so much that I almost didn't answer, but I have found the following article that gives an educated guess as to what Princess Diana would have done if she had survived:

Lady Diana Spencer (to revert to her maiden name) would have liked to have produced television documentaries, a project that was certainly feasible with the appropriate coaching and staff.  Of course, Diana's emotional neediness may have kept her moving from one boy friend to another without ever settling down in a stable relationship.

She would have married Dodi and has the baby she was pregnant with.  They would have lived happily ever after and she would have gotten to see her two handsome boys turn into well young princes.  Harry is a little wild but I like William.

If Princess Diana was still, in fact, alive, she would have probably married Dodi by now unless something drastic happened in their relationship, and they may have had a son or daughter. Prince Charles would have married Camilla even if Princess Diana was alive.
