If Razoring the hair makes it frizzy?

I Have had my hair hair cut in the past Dec 07 & I'm going to get it cut this week But Not with a Razor will my hair still be Frizzy like it is from the Razoring?

razoring your hair should not make it frizzy unless your stylist used a dull razor...

razoring, aka tapering your hair actually makes your hair lay better. So...maybe you should find a better stylist and make sure they're using a new blade, a razor's blade must be changed every 2-3 uses.
