  1. Joe Calzhage beats Hatton. Mayweather beats them both.

  2. calzaghe is much naturally bigger than hatton, so i go with joe, and mayweather despite his immense skill isn't up to the task either.

  3. well calzaghe is much bigger and stronger, their not in the same weight division, so calazaghe would win, but the fight will never happen cuz its not a fair fight, and mayweather already beat hatton, but he wont beat calzaghe

  4. Ok kiddies, put down the mouse, get away from the keyboard and go outside & play. This question isn't worth answering. Let's just say, would Sugar Ray Leonard(at 154) have a chance versus Michael Spinks(at 175) if they fought in 1981? Both in their primes, both at the top of their divisions. Thought so........................

  5. Age has nothing to do it. Training and preparation. Calzhage hands down.  Mayweather would not stand a chance, he is still all mouth.

  6. neither hatton nor mayweather can beat calzaghe.

  7. RICKY WOULD SLAM CALZAGHE,NO SWEAT,POUND FOR POUND THAT IS,SAME AS WHEN HE FIGHTS THE SPAGHETTI CHOMPER MAGIC MAN

  8. i think calzaghe would take this one, taller much bigger guy and the last time i saw hatton fight he didn't look good at all vs a crappy opponnent

  9. Calzaghe vs. Hatton would be a slaughter. Calzaghe would be the slaughterer and Hatton would be the tortured animal. The natural size difference would be too great for Ricky Hatton to overcome. Calzaghe could fight Hatton too ways: 1) use Hatton's own aggression against, which would be foolish to do against a much bigger and stronger Calzaghe or 2) Calzaghe could play the safer role and use that great difference in height and reach to his advantage. If Calzaghe chose to go with option #2, then the fight will look something like Calzaghe-Lacy. Also, Hatton didn't fair too well at welterweight against Mayweather or Collazo... and Hatton admitted to not being comfortable at welterweight. So we can imagine how Hatton would do above welterweight.

We've seen Mayweather against Hatton already and know what happened there. As for Mayweather against Calzaghe, I think Mayweather would do enough to survive all 12 rounds, but I don't think he would do enough to win over the judges in a decision. I just think Mayweather would play it too safe against Calzaghe, considering he (Joe) is stronger than De La Hoya.

  10. bro the fight never would have happened hatton was a light welterweight and calzaghe was a super middleweight. Other than the difference in weight class if they did fight i'd give it to calzaghe. Hatton is too small with small arms and legs and no reach at all. Calzaghe has punching power and would use his long arms to his advantage. When doing that against a guy like hatton that likes to hold and hit a lot hatton never would have gotten near him.

  11. Ricky Hatton is 5'6" and he is an inside fight who is generally stronger than his opponents. So Calzaghe would win because his half a foot taller than Ricky and his reach is too long for him plus Joe is stronger than Ricky. As for Mayweather I hate him but i think he could give him a decent fight put Joe would win UD.

    p.s.

Ricky Hatton is gonna get his British f***y kicked by Paulie "The Magic Man" Malignaggi on Nov. 22

  12. dats just a stupid question...
