Funny analogy, No I would not believe him, just as I don't believe anything Bush says any more.  1.50 a gallon when Bush was appointed by the Supreme Court Republican majority. Now it is 4.00 a gallon, Exxon and Chevron profits are at record levels and have been for a while. Every Cabinet member of Bush's in 2000 was once an ex oil executive or lobbyist.
