  1. no

  2. No Way.  Without serve in the high 70s she has no chance to beat anyone at all.

  3. well probably not... sharpovas game revolves around the serve...  given her australian open win.. servering at such a high first serve percentage.. she has to be in a ultra sublime servering status to pull off a win..

and in general.. anytime sharpova has won a slam, she was at a super high leveal of tennis.. she is not the type of player that can just find a way to win. she has to be in top notch playing status..

  4. No, it's one of her biggest weapons when it's good, but it's also her worst liability when it's off, and the main reason why she had such a horrible year in 2007.  She might make it to the quarterfinals with a bad serve, but the top players will take full advantage of that weakness.  However, if her serve is in good shape, it tends to bring the rest of her game, and more importantly her confidence, up as well, and then the rest of the field better watch out, because she could easily run away with the title like she did in Australia earlier this year.

  5. she is rubbish, nothing to her game but hard-hitting , she is just another trained robot no adventure or creativity or imagination but all the women in the top ten or 100 don't except probably ivanovic but i can not tell coz i have'nt seen much of her. i would say no if her serve breaks downs she loses and that is it!

  6. I think that when her serve is off there is no way she can get past the quarters. When that shot is off she can not play an agressive game. And plus we know that other players can take advatage of her weak second serve. Like Venus did last year in the round of 16.

  7. NO WAY! her serve is what keeps her alive in matches and her awesome forehand! but her serve is where she gets her free points.

  8. yes

  9. i would say no, her serve is one of her biggest weapons, thats what sets the point up for her.

  10. Not if she faces a great returner like......anyone in the top 20.
