If Singapore and Taiwan engage in full scale war, who would win?

Imagine a conflict between Singapore and Taiwan (Yes, I think it's unlikely, just imagine)

Both countries (or regions) has a small but "well equipped" military force, who would win if they engage in conflict over the pacific?

(No Chinese, US, Russian or any other foreign support)

Neither country has the ability to forcefully  land forces in the other country.

There are very few countries in the world, with the ability to invade another country, that they do not share a land border with.
