If Superman voted who would he vote for, Democrat or Republican?

I think I would have to say Democrat. Because Democrats care more about the average person and help them. While Republicans seem to back the Lex Luthors.

Looking at his interactions with presidents over the years its hard to tell.  He was a supported of Kennedy, but also gave Nixon a special "beeper" to summon him.

The Clintons appeared at his funeral.

Bush and Reagan were satirized hugely in the comics, but Superman had little to no contact with them.  Of course,Lex Luthor was president in the DCU for much of Bush's first term.

He has made a point in the past of refusing to openly support either candidate

And he was accorded "natural born citizenship" in the comics as well, as the rocket that brought him to Earth was a gestation chamber, so he was technically only "born" when he landed and emerged from it.

Yes, its a lame explanantion.

The democrats would tax Superman and try to regulate where he could fly to rescue people. He would definitely be republican.

He is not an American citizen, therefore he cannot vote.

If he did, surely he would vote for the "Maverick" John McCain.
