  1. as long as they win a meadal, be it bronze is OK for me.

i just hate it when NBA go to the olympics to sell shoes.

  2. if they win the gold we will look back and say its a success but i think a clean sweep will be way more satisfying since we lost in '04. a loss would not be a total failure but it would be disappointing. it wont happen though. were just too good, i mean greece was supposed to be a top team and we crushed them

  3. Yes, it's still a failure if they lose 1 game.  USA basketball is far superior than the rest of the world.  Those losses in 2004 and 2007 were humiliating and the only to get it back is to dominate

  4. No.  They wanted to win gold, not be undefeated.

  5. no it is not considered a failure becUSE THEY GOT THE GOLD MEDAL

  6. Winning is winning.  Whether it's by an inch or by a mile, a Gold medal is a successful result in the '08 Olympics for Team USA.

After seeing the USA only get Bronze in 2004, I think everyone on the '08 team would be elated if they win Gold, even if they lose 1 game to someone in the process.

  7. nope. the team's goal is to win the goal

  8. Are you serious?

How could Olympic Gold be a failure?

    Answer: NO!

  9. i dont think that USA will lose but the ultimate goal is to win the gold and they know that and thats basically all they and coach K care about

  10. Of course not.

  11. NO  all we wanna do is get the GOLD  did u hear the we were mad when we came back wit bronze medals in 2004 all team usa cares bout is the gold.

DWADE is goin bring it home 4 us!!!
