As of now, a computer. A computer will give me infinite access to everything in this world. If I can't experience anything physically anymore, I can at least get a close enough simulation to it virtually. Also, it is not possible to live with only one thing in your life. The basic essentials are oxygen, shelter, clothes, and food. That is 4 things already. Not to mention that anybody would go mad and get horrifyingly obese if there was only one thing in the world to do, eat and breathe. Wait, that's 2 things already. You posed a very interesting question, but it just doesn't make sense when you think about it realistically. We could not survive, literally, with only one thing in our lives. Also, we would be a helpless creature, with no possible chance of survival, if we were born into this world without any social relationships or teachings whatsoever. We would possibly, only possibly survive if we were raised normally and then brought back down to the bare essentials, or in this case, essential of life. We would also be unbelievably devastated by that amount of tragic losses. Nobody could survive, either way you look at it, in a situation so bare as this.
