If Tiger Woods is half Asian/black then why is he not referred to as the great Asian golfer?

I was wondering why one particular race should take precedence over another?

It's always been that way.  I have mulatto nieces (who are only behind my own daughter as the most beautiful children, but I digress) My sister (their mother) is white, their dad is black.  He automatically assumed they were black children, until my aunt told him he had to respect the mother's side of the family as well.

Certain groups want to classify Tiger as only one thing, when he is so much more.  Look at the Tiger Woods Foundation- it provides specialized learning for middle- and high- school kids regardless of race, religion, etc.

He cares more about helping underprivileged children than supporting racial issues, always has been that way.  It's the leeches looking to make names for themselves who try to attach their names to his.  They don't realize he transcends all of that c**p by looking out for kids' futures, not race issues.

In American theres no l/2 anything when it comes to race! I will bet his children are going to be dark skinned, but

You pose a really good question.  I think the answer to your first question is that since Tiger's dad was black and has the more dominant genes, Tiger's skin is darker than most Asians and appears 2B physically more black than Asian.

As far as your second question, I most whole-heartedly agree!  Why should ANY race take prededence over another?  No race should and no race does.  As far as who cares about what race Tiger is...NOBODY really cares except those that have an agenda and wish to use Tiger to support their personal race issue....and the media, of course, to show their POLITICAL CORRECTNESS by acknowledgeing Tiger as African-American!

It is so SAD, huh?

They do sometimes if you watch a King of the hill episode an Asian golf course introduces tiger as the greatest Asian golfer. So it depend on the situation.
