I WISH LOL

but a close friend of mine is his first cousin though.

Apparently he'll miss the first few games, but he'll be back for Everton and for Australia's WorldCup qualifiers.

  1. He's too good for England

  2. He's far too good for England.

  3. Who isnt good enuf to play for a team that dsnt make the Euros?

  4. i rate cahill,i think he would defo be in the england squad, not sure if he would be a certain starter though,i meen not like stevie g  were you presume he'll be an automatic choice.

  5. Yes he is good enough, would he get a chance?-maybe not. He may of been given the odd 5 minutes in some friendlies but I doubt he would of been played regularly.

A fantastic goal scoring midfielder but there are others ahead of him with BIGGER reputations that in the past has been very important to certain managers(name no names!!)

Under Capello he may of been given a chance but I think him being the star of Australia suits him more.

  6. No worries, he would walk into the pommie side!!

  7. My answer might be seen as a biased one, but lets face it, If Tim Cahill was an English, he WILL be in the England squad....Correct me if I'm wrong, Cahill has a higher goal/game ratio than Frank Lampard(no disrespect-Lampard is a good player)....and when Lampard is a regular, why not have Cahill in the starting line-up instead of Lampard.....Unfortunately, Cahill is injury-prone and I doubt he can play regularly for "England".....

  8. If fully fit and performing to the maximum of his ability as he did at Everton especially 2 seasons ago I would definetely put him in! He is a great player who really has a good engine in the midfield!!

  9. Tim is far to good for England, as an Everton fan i hope he stays injury free this year because when Cahill plays well then Everton play well and he was a big miss for us  at the end of last season

  10. Are you his bro or something Rere? I do see a bit of a resemblance and I remember you're an Aussie.

I'd say he would be worthy of a place when he's in form. Does anyone know of his current injury status? I'm in two minds of whether to keep him in my fantasy team or not.

  11. Why not. He will be a threat at corners and free kicks.
