  1. Essentially you would have to call the university again and ask them to release you from your contract with them. If they say no then you can still withdraw from ucas but you can't take up your insurance choice. If they say yes then you could call your insurance offer up and ask if they have a place for you. My advice would be to call your insurance offer first and ask "If I left my firm choice, could I still take up a place at your university" just to check they'd let you in, and then call your first choice to try and arrange it, though they'd want to know why you were leaving them. The numbers are on the ucas website.

  2. You can still change your offer if thats what you wish to do.

Confirm with the second uni you want their offer and decline the first unis and just notify UCAS just in case.

  3. Yes, you can be accepted to other schools.  They don't know about each other.

  4. The issue is have you accepted a place already and you want to change your mind? UCAS will alert you to where you have been accepted and it is up to you decide where you want to go. You are free to hold off on making a decision until the deadline and once you have accepted the placement you are bound to it. So if you have not accepted a placement elsewhere you are free to take the offer. Otherwise you will have to contact UCAS and the University to see if you can change your mind.

  5. yep, you can go where ever you want! just call them all and let them know
