  1. That's one big "If."

    If it has the consent of the governed, and never acts beyond the bounds of that consent, and recognizes the freedom of individuals to withdraw their consent, then it is a voluntary federation - anarchy.

    But it does not have the consent of the governed; it has the consent of some and has intimidated others. It acts in secrecy, and both secretly and openly goes beyond what those who do consent had consented to. And it does not recognize the freedom of individuals to withdraw their consent. That makes it a state.


  2. Anarchy is wanted no government, or ruling body. So the very fact that that phrase has the word government in it means that it's not really very anarchistic.

  3. Slightly.  When government oversteps its authority there is a justification in our founding documents for revolution.
