9.69 s for 100m = 37.15km/hr or 23.09 miles/hr

Speed limit in a school zone in Canada is 30km/h.......How funny would that be

"Mr bolt do you know how fast you were going"

"uh.....license and registration?"

  1. LOL!

    You're hilarious.

That's the first time I've laughed this morning...which is pretty pathetic if you think about it :-D

"Mr. Bolt, where did you put your license plate?"

  2. If they could catch him!

  3. TILLY I LIKE YOUR RESPOND AND OBVIOUSLY THEY COULDN'T CATCH HIM.

  4. that's a good one.

glad u didn't post anything negative like some others.

  5. School zone speed limit in the US is 20 mph. At 3 over, most cops would let him go. In LA, though, he'd be pulled over and beaten bloody before being taken in for resisting arrest.

  6. yes for goin 10 over

  7. I would think not... Because school zone speed limits were established in order to help curtail dangerous driving, thereby aiding in the effort to protect our young ones from serious injury and/or death.

I do not believe that his running would cause a threat to the children, so I would have to say no... no ticket for the lightning bolt.

Tilly and Prophet - I beg to differ with you.  Although I know Mr. Bolt is very fast, I would still think that he could be caught by an automobile.

  8. They would ticket him and impound his shoes.

School speed zone where I live is 15 mph.
