i think its easily the EPL, to me there is too much talent in the Prem. + England has 4 other leagues so i go w/ the EPL, like Hull City, Stoke City, Barnsely, Fulham, and such

Dont forget that some team have "luck", and im talking about luck, but it would be between La Liga and EPL because both leagues export and import lots of great soccer players,
