  1. Wesley Clark should be tried for treason, found guilty, and taken out and shot. That loser is a complete idiot.

  2. The fact that Obama choose Wesley Clark as his top military adviser speaks volumes about how unready he is to lead the military.

He chose a 'politician in uniform' who only got command positions because of his political ties to the Clinton administration.

And when Wesley commanded in a major military campaign the mismanaged the affair that he was forced into retirement before he could even complete his tour of duty.  Even worse - his incompetence almost started a war with Russia!

But because he says what the liberals want to hear - he is a "military expert."

  3. I don't think that Wes Clark's comments were necessarily directed at the fact that McCain didn't have the credentials to be president as much as they were directed at the idea that his credentials didn't automatically make him more fit to be president.

Clark said "The truth is that, in national security terms, he's largely untested and untried. He's never been responsible for policy formulation. He's never had leadership in a crisis, or in anything larger than his own element on an aircraft carrier or [in managing] his own congressional staff. It's not clear that this is going to be the strong suit that he thinks it is."

So, again, its not that he doesn't think McCain is worthy of being president.  Its that he doesn't believe McCain's military experience makes him more qualified on national security than Obama.  And yes, you are correct in saying that Clark is an Obama supporter.  Although originally, he supported Clinton.

  4. Neither of them are worthy.

John McCain:  violated his oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.  Example:  McCain-Finegold.

Barack Hussein Obama:  violated his oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.  Example:  Infringing the Second Amendment Rights of the American people.  Obama voted to give the federal government the power to stop American citizens from purchasing firearms at a gun show, and voted to extend the "Assault Weapons" Ban.

    This makes them both criminals.

  5. Clark's statement speaks for itself.  It doesn't require translation, nor for apologists to make up excuses as to what he "meant to say."  He's come out and said he meant what he said, so you can stop trying to find excuses for his ignorant statement.

He thought he was helping Barry, but his comment only serves to underscore Barry's lack of experience, military and otherwise.   No, distinguishing oneself as a war hero does not mean you are automatically qualified to be president.  Clark's attempt to cast McCain's war experience as his only qualification is pathetic.    At any rate, it is not insignificant.  It speaks to his character and his loyalty.  More fitting a president than is hanging around with confessed terrorists, America-hating preachers, and convicted felons.

  6. Clark was just out to attack McCain on behalf of the Obama campaign.

  7. Well, why don't you read that stuff first?

Clark said that McCain's experience is not relevant for a president because he had no executive experience - and sitting in prison is a completely useless experience, really.

Clark is a smart guy so he supports Obama who maybe hasn't been sitting in prison and collaborating with any enemies, but at least he does not claim to have a relevant experience while in fact being totally useless, like McCain

  8. that isn't what Clark said....misrepresentation and fabrication...try again.

Just to clarify the context of this, General Clark was saying (perhaps a bit too partisan) that McCain didn't really have the experience he claims based on his service alone (despite him being a hero to Clark and other servicemen). Bob Schieffer (the interviewer) said something along the lines of "Obama has none of those experiences, nor has he ridden in a fighter plane and got shot down."

To which Gen Clark said: "Well, I don't think riding in a fighter plane and getting shot down is a qualification to be President. "

And that is a fair enough comment.

  9. His comment was basically that being in the military does not necessarily make you more qualified to lead the country.
