  1. Somebody's gotta fix their computers, you know?

  2. Individual people need to be saved, regardless of their ancestry or nationality.  St. Paul said that any Jew who did not convert was not really Jewish, and would be excluded by God from the Nation of Israel at the last day.

  3. Because he is the Messiah, they should believe in him but they don't need to convert (I believe.)

  4. Jesus was and is the promise (convenant) that God had always said would come.

He came and died for all that believe in HIM, past, present and future.

Israel rejected this Salvation that God had offered.

Israel is still waiting for the Messiah that HAS ALREADY been here!

Jesus Christ is Lord of ALL.  Jesus Christ is the Redeemer of mankind and the Salvation that sinners long for.

  5. We don't need Jesus. We've never needed Jesus. The ignorance displayed in some of the answers here is really something to behold.

And to clarify: we as Jews have *kept* our covenant with G-d. He told us NEVER to worship a human - so we don't. He told us NEVER to consider a human as divine - so we don't.

Christianity continues, some 2000 years later, to waste milliions of dollars/pounds on trying to convert Jews. Why don't evangelicals put that money to better use, helping those who need it?

We are happy being Jewish. Christians have had enough time to get used to this idea and yet many still can't quite cope with it...... Pitiful, really.

  6. because Jesus is more handsome

  7. Well, as far as us Jews are concerned:  We don't.

  8. God blessed Israel, but that doesn't mean they don't have to follow the rules like everybody else.

  9. Jeremiah 31:31 "Behold, days are coming," declares Yahweh, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, 32 not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them," declares Yahweh. 33 "But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days," declares Yahweh, "I will put my Law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 "They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, 'Know Yahweh,' for they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest of them," declares Yahweh, "for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more."

    God declared their covenant broken.

  10. Anyone who says that G-d's covenant with the Jews is not eternal is stating that either the Bible is *not* the word of G-d as it is stated that it *is* eternal in at least three places OR that their God is a liar.

If He broke the covenant he made with the Jews - then Christians should start worrying too.

  11. because Israel broke its part of the covenant

That's why  New Covenant is needed.

  12. Because the covenant of God center around Jesus. He is the sacrifice that cleanses the people of Israel´s sins in order for them to even enter this holy pact, without him it´s impossible.
