I don't live there, nor ever traveled there. So i don't know anything about nice areas and not nice areas...but heres a few sites I pulled on google, to at least give ya a start. G'luck.

Try this website: www.craigslist.com. They always have many listings for homes, things for sale, homes for rent, and numerous other services all over the United States. You're bound to find something there! :) Good luck in your home search! :)

For $700 you will get a "not new" apartment in a nice neighborhood.  Probably 1 bedroom if the area is very nice. I think you need to raise your target price or rent a room.  A room in a suburban house of 2,000 sq ft is $400 a month but you share the refrigerator.

Get the Boise newspaper and get to work.  The list changes daily.
