OK, now that I've got that out of the way...

The electromagnetic waves (whatever you want to call it) emitted by cell phones is not high energy enough to cause the molecules in something to vibrate at such a speed that it becomes very hot.  If it was, we would all be exploding right now due to all the TV, Radio, phone, internet, etc.. waves flying in the air.  I'm not sure what wavelength(s) cell phones use though.  If you really want to fry your brain, your best bet is the trusty Microwave oven.

Mine won't do that. It's in my handbag more than it's stuck to my ear.  I only use it in a emergency.  

I can't understand why people constantly use a mobile phone, walking down the street, in the supermarket, on the bus, driving the car, in the pub, in the toilet too I'll bet!!  : --  )

This is NOT possible.

The infrared goes to the tower in a straight line, from the phone, to the tower.

Then, the signal goes to another phone, from that tower.

This is fear mongering. Does not happen. Been tried to prove, but didn't work. Do you hear about the egg version too? Well, that's a lie too.

However, despite this not being possible, you might want to keep the phone away from the privates.

(PS the moblies cause tumors cos of the microwaves, not heat.)

I don't know about them popping popcorn, but one thing that irefutable is that there have been a spike in brain tumors in 35-40 year old poeple with no related health issues, other than that they have been using a mobile phone on regular basis from the late 80's -early 90's.  It is true that the 3 watt phones have been phased out and most new mobile phones are 1.5 watts but does that really mean they are safe, especially when some people practically have them glued to the side of their head.

I don't think I care: For various reasons.

1. I don't have a brain, I'm a blonde.

2. Popcorn is tasty, so even if it was true, it would just be handy.

3. The people sounded French. I don't trust many French people.

I think that's just staged as there are a load of other people on youtube trying it out and they can't do it.

Also I think it's the old mobiles that are worse for you.
