  1. Turn the percent into a decimal by moving the decimal place two spaces to the left giving you .083

Then you multiply .083 x 16.72 which is 1.38776 which rounds to 1.39

    Hope that helps!

  2. you need to convert 8.3% into a decimal first. Just move the decimal to the left 2 places...

    8.3% = .083

once you have that, just multiply that by the 16.72

    (.083)(16.72) = 1.38776 = $1.39

  3. Take the percent and move the decimal point two places to the left:

    8.3% = 0.083

    Now just multiply:

    0.083 x 16.72 = 1.38776

    Round accordingly.

    Answer:

    $1.39

  4. Yes.

    .083(16.72)

  5. ok in percents you move the decimal point over two places to the right to make it a regular decimal (meaning drop the percent sign after u move the point)

After that you multiply the two numbers and u have your answer

I think the answer is like 1.38776

  6. $16.72 * 0.083 = $1.39

  7. take 8.3 and multiply by 16.72.   then divide that by 100, then u get the answer
