If You m********e too much can hand lock into one position?

I saw a picture of a guy on the net and it was described as the result of too much masterbation. His right hand was locked into a fist and his right shoulder was lower than his left. There wer circles on it to point out the things that was wrong and there was writing next to it saying what has happend. I was wondering is it possible to hit a nerve point in your hand and for it to lock into one position??

no your hand will not lock into that position, shoulder swill not change height
