"Bonjour, mon nom est Leah" but it's better to use "Bonjour, je m'appelle Leah", in french we don't say "my name is...". and instead of "Bonjour" you can also use "Salut" wich sounds more like "Hi".

- Thanks for coming to my page

"Merci de visiter ma page" or just "Merci de votre visite" shortest and more friendly but still polite

- Goodbye

"Au revoir" or "à bientôt", "à bientôt" sounds more like "see you soon" so it's better to use it, so it's like to say to people "bye but I hope we will be in contact again" while "au revoir" means more "goodbye and never see you again".

So my best proposition is :
