  1. i  say if you r a right and your sliding one foot over the other left on top

  2. yea it doesn't matter whatever is good for you.

  3. what ever way is comfortable, but when you slide you should slide with your left leg out and right leg under so you don't face the ball coming at you, and risk getting a free facial.

  4. You could use any foot but I like having my left foot under me and my right foot going out

  5. It's not really a righty/lefty preference. Handedness has nothing to do with sliding.  Just go with whatever is most comfortable.

I say try them both out and see which one works out.  Right forward/left under or left forward/right under

  6. I'd say left leg goes out (if you're a righty, turning to your right would most likely be more comfortable.) Plus it's an advantage for sliding into 2nd, your back will be turned away from the ball so you won't get hit in the face by a bad throw from the catcher.

But like others said, there's no right or wrong, just do what's more comfortable.

  7. It doesn't matter which hand is dominate when you slide. If you're sliding to any base, just do what you think is right.
