Of concent from parents or any other type of documentation that they wouldn't normally need if travelling with family?

  1. maybe a love letter

  2. you are concidered a minor so take a consent letter with you, unless one of your parents will be with you at the airport

  3. If you are traveling at the age of 17, you wouldn't need to be apart of an unaccompanied minor program with an airline.  Therefore the 17 year old would be traveling just like any other flier.

However, if you want the airline to be responsible to make sure that the 17 year old is handed to the correct person then for an additional fee you can  register them as an unaccompanied minor.

  4. No you don't need a letter, just don't make a public broadcast of your age.
