  1. I think his voice would be inbetween.  It would be lower than when he was the small size because his larynx was made bigger along with the rest of his body.  However, it would not be as low as an adult's voice because at puberty the vocal chords get longer and resonate at a lower frequency.  This is specific to the vocal chords and is not proportionate to any other bodily growth going on at the time.


  2. Boy's voices go up in puberty because their voice  boxes get wider than girls. A child with child proportions would still sound like a child.
