If a Bamboo reeks after changing water.....?

Would it be harmful to lungs if breathing from the stench of the roots of the bamboo plant? Kind replies please and thanks.

  2. I wouldn't think so unless bamboo releases something toxic.  Just because it smells bad doesn't mean it is harmful or smells good means it's good for you.

    My dad likes the smell of paint but the VOC's in that paint which is what you smell is cancerous.

    You can drive by a waste water treatment plant and it can smell bad but the laws restrict the air pollution, like I said just because it smells bad doesn't mean it is.

  3. i wish i knew the answer to this!  but since i don't,  i did want to suggest calling your local garden nursery and ask them.  they would certainly know the answer to this   :o)
