If a CFL game is blacked out in my area, would I still get the game on TSNHD?

The first Lions Game of the season against the Riders was blacked out on TSN.... so mty wife & i decided to go out for dinner.... to our supprise the game was on .... it was on TSN-HD.

I was told by someone a home that was blacked out on TSN was shown on TSN-HD.

what i heard is that if the game is sold out, the local blackout is lifted, but only if the game sells out

I think so-last night I watched the Lions on TSNHD in Vancouver while regular TSN showed Friday Night Fights. The supposedly blacked-out game was also on RDS!
