If a Check Has My Name On It,Can Someone Else Cash It? like can they cash it through THEIR checking account?

usually a cheque with a person's name on it is a crossed cheque... it is not possible for other ppl to cash out the cheque. a cheque with a person's name is usually meant for ppl to bank it into their acc and it is checked that the name registered with the bank and the name on the cheque is the same. To cash out a cheque, it is a cash cheque where no names are written on it and that one anybody can cash it out.

ONLY if you've already indorsed it.  otherwise, it's check fraud.  Like, if they took it, and endorsed it with your name, and then their signature too, which, they'd have to do to cash it themselves, then it's check fraud.  But, if you actually sign it and give it to them, then they sign it, then they can legally. ;)

Not without you endorsing it first.  Even then most banks won't cash without seeing your ID.
