If a English ks2 reading test takes 45mins?

Does this time limit include the reading of the booklet as well .Can any teachers answer this question for me?

You will get 15 minutes to read the booklet and then the 45 minutes to answer the questions.

After initial preparations of filling out name etc on front, it is 45mins from the point you begin the test.

they let you have roughly 15 mins at the tart to read the booklet iIthink.

in ks3 they give you the booklet first at the beginning of the test and 5 mins later hand out the answer section.
