I have a Gladiator deck. This puzzles me a lot. Why do people play Waboku in a Gladiator Beast deck? It still goes to the graaveyard. So does it go back to the deck after it dies?

  1. No it does not go to the graveyard

  2. A Gladiator Beast monster has to be faceup on the field at the end of the battlephase in order to get its effect, which means if it gets killed it does not get its effect. The part that you seem to be confused about is Waboku.

Waboku negates ALL battle damage, including that done to the monsters, in other words your monsters cannot be killed in battle. By using Waboku, GB players make sure that their monsters stay alive long enough to get their effects.

  3. nope - sorry man lol that sucks 4 yahh
