  1. MMA/Boxer in boxing match the Boxing Champ would win 99.9% of the time.  If a Boxing champ went to MMA I would say the MMA guy would win 75% of the time.

  2. Ron and Ben are right...

A boxing champ in boxing would most likely pick apart the best MMA striker...whereas an MMA Champ like Anderson Silva or Rampage would completely dominate a boxer...

Its apples and oranges...it was my first question i asked here...

but in reality, theres a reason almost all MMA guys train in boxing...its because of its absolute effectiveness...how many MMA fights i have seen where a one punch knockout negates the entire ground game...i cant even tell you...

so unless a boxer can knockout the MMA guy with one of his first shots, it would be a submission or tko from ground and pound...

  3. if they are just fighting freestyle, I would say the MMA champ because of the many different skill they have, takedowns, headlock, kicks and others, but if they are boxing the boxer would win 99 percent of the time

  4. Well the striking part where both fighters are toe to toe fighting, the boxer would most def dominate and land clean punches and hopefully win with a KO, but if it were to be on the ground rolling around trying to find submission then the win would go to the MMA fighter.
