If a Minor is charged with possession of Marijuana?

What do you think the punishment will be? I'm hoping not too hard, probably community service and probation?

You might get some UA's, probation, and community service.

My friend got possession of marijuana and only had to take one UA, has to call her PO once a week, and had to do I think something like 12 hours of community service. Not bad at all.

But honestly, first offense, if its less than an ounce, in my province they might just write you a ticket.

U.S.A is a little more harsh on us stoners. You might get probation, i doubt you'd get community service.

since it is your first offense and it was less than a pound, pound is felony possession with intent to sell.  anyway you are probably looking at probation with a suspended community service.
